Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are unable to issue refunds after your training date. If you must cancel, the policy below applies.

Cancellation policy

You must cancel prior to 8 hours before the start of a training session to receive store credit. If you cancel within 8 hours of the start, you will forfeit the entire payment.

Store credit

After receiving your cancellation request, we will process store credit that can be used for a later training session.
